I am on day 2, wondering if its an acheivable goal to aim for 115 by June? I am jog/brisk walking 3-5 days per week for one hour as well, while I somersize. Would it be best to not make a goal date??? How often should I weigh myself? The forums at Suzanne Somers website have been gone for a while so if anyone is somersizing feel free to talk to me!
