Default e-diets vs weight watchers online

I am considering e-diets and I am looking for feedback and comparison with e-diets or weight watches on-line. I have about 80 pounds to lose and need to find something. I have a very low motivation level. Please any feedback is helpful.

Hi,
If you are wanting a simple basic balanced eating plan, and more help along the lines of motivation-I would recommend WW over e-diets. They are both good, but I personally think the WW is more motivational, and you are more likely to find a chapter in your area if you want that added motivation of going to meetings, which is good if you are low in that area and need a boost.
If you are wanting some more support here, feel free to join us at the Doin' it the Old Fashioned Way thread here under diet plans. We are mostly calorie counters or Weight Watcher members-losing with exercise and balanced eating-meaning no pills, fad diets like Cabbage Soup diet or 48 hour diet, etc. Slow and Steady wins the race. We are a very suportive group-feel free to join in-or personal message me any time you need anything.

Angry e-diet

Hi, I have never been on the Weight Watchers but I am now on the e-diet. I like it quite well because it offers meals that you can cook yourself or buy frozen meals. It isn't always handy to cook things, and you don't have to count calories. Just pick out your meals. That's it! If you want to know more just ask. Chazam
