Is there anyone here doing Sugars Busters? I have been reading about this way of eating and this might be something I could stick with. Please let me know what you think. Thanks , Patricia

There is a newer version of this book would anyone recommend getting this one or would the older one be ok? Patricia

We're on Busting Sugar post. But theres not many of us now. Seems people are taking the summer off. Come join us.

The principles are the same in both books, so it really doesn't matter if you use the old or the new book. One of the changes: carrots are ok now.
