  • I use sparkpeople.com. It is simple and FREE
  • Thanks, going there now. Have a great week
  • You're welcome and you do the same
  • There so many to pick from... just do a search.

A lot of folks like SparkPeople, Fitday, and so on.

    A.
  • I love NutriMirror. It's also free.
  • I have tried a couple but I have found MyPlate on the Livestrong website to be my favorite by a long shot. It also logs physical activity.
I use the free version, which works great, but there are is a paid version with a few more (really cool) features.
  • I use fitday.com Its free and is realy simple and easy to use, but there are many others out there, just pick the one you like best.

I use the free Calorie/Exercise log from fatsecret. Not only does it give you the calorie/protein/fat etc. count on all your foods, you can also search that info by popular restaurant chain or by name brand. I have it on my Blackberry and just sync it over to my desktop once a week to keep a comprehensive journal.
  • I use my fitness pal and love it. It's being improved all the time.
  • I use myfooddiary it's $9 per month but they offer a 7 day trial. It is the first one and I tried.
edit - I only use it for food. I don't really like the exercise journal.
