Sure! We set the challenge from the 1st to the 31st, but you can start counting anytime. It's all about challenging ourselves to keep motivated. See the 1st posts in the thread to for more information.

HI, I this seems to be a great way to keep you honest with your accountability-- which is something I really need especially since I have problems sticking to a eatting plan. So here is my goal for october

Food - 1647 or less ( I am using webmd which counts calories and food exchanges- this is how many calories they said I needed to lose wieght ) stay within my food exchanges
Water - 64 oz day
Exercise - 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week
