Being a road warrior and dieting...
 

I have a job interview on Monday for a consulting job, which requires 100% travel. One of my biggest concerns is that this is going to derail my diet! For the last three years, I have been avoiding processed foods and eating out as little as possible. If I am on the road all week, I don't think I'm going to be able to cook my own foods (I was on South Beach and am currently Fat Smashing).

Those in this situation, how do you handle it? Is this a serious reason not to take the job? I am currently employed, but I am unhappy at my current job.
