The Diet Center
I was wondering if anyone goes to The Diet Center to further their weight loss goals? I do and it's fantastic! You weigh in as often as 5 times a week or as little as one, if you choose. I am on their bar plan... 3 bars a day plus dinner & lots of fruits, veggies and water. I've lost 41 pounds since feb. 1st. I weigh in 5 times a week and I love the accountability that offers. It forces me not to cheat in the middle of the week with plans to burn it off later.
Just wondering if anyone else has tried it and what your thoughts are ;) |
