Cleansing side effects, pros and cons

hello all :)

i'm on day 2 of the Renew Life First Cleanse and so far i've had a headache, been nauseous and weak....i'm hoping i get over this initial detox soon. has anyone else done a cleanse of this kind or otherwise and if so what are your thoughts? is it worth it? does it get any easier?

i'm eating just fruits, veggies, almonds, tuna and other various items but no sugars, caffeine or alcohol....and all i can think about is a big mound of french fries or even a simple pb and j sandwhich....ugh:?:

thanks gals!

Never tried that one

Anyway, if you continue to feel that way then do not continue using it. Maybe it does not suit you at all.

Keep us posted!

i just finished something like that last week. i did get bad headaches and sometimes i did feel a little weak but after a couple days it went away. your body is just going through sugar and caffeine withdrawal (and maybe alcohol withdrawal if you use to drink a lot).

i thought it was definitely worth it, it made me find tons of veggies that i love and eat everyday now. after my little cleanse was over i didn't actually change much of anything. i still try not to eat any sugar or added sugar, no caffeine, not much wheat, and i've cut back my dairy to a more healthy amount. I feel great and much healthier. And like I said its completely reformed what I eat and made me more aware of the things I eat.
