Hi everyone!

TGIF! Things are still crazy around here, thank goodness it's Friday, unfortunately we have a Tropical Storm 100 miles offshore and looks like it will be getting here just as the weekend begins. I was planning on taking off in that new car, but guess that's all shot to Had to go to the store last night and stock up on supplies just in case.

Don't really have anything exciting to tell you all, as you can see my "diet" has been shot this week with all the craziness going on. NO exercise, NO water, OVER eating............geez, I wish I could get a break. OK, enough whining for me..........20 lashes with a wet noodle. On the bright side, I have a trip to the casino planned in 2 weeks and I can get a little R&R, get out on the open road and see what this thing can do!

Hope you're all doing well, I am so behind that I was just able to skim over what's been going on. Hopefully, this weekend I will have a chance to get caught up.

It's a good scale hopper day! 187! I finally got to see 187! I know it isn't my weigh-in day, but I'M A SCALE HOPPER!

Tiff, I'm printing the recipe. Looks good. I'll have to dig out the sausage chowder recipe to share.

Huntress, Tropical Storms...I can't even imagine. Did you stock up on good healthy supplies?

American Idol Kelly is going to be on the Today Show today doing their concert series. It will be nice to see her in a different setting.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good Morning Ladies.....

It's good to back at work and into my routine. Even 1 day can make a big difference. I got all 3 points yesterday, but just feel as though I didn't have the structure. I don't know...whatever. It's just good to be back.

DH said the interview went well, however when one of the guys was walking him out, he said that only problem he sees is the money. HELLO!!!! They had already asked DH how much he was making and then he tells him that the job pay $7 LESS an hour. What's that all about? They knew how much he was making going in. Maybe that was his way of saying, sorry guy, you didn't get the job. At this point, I'm at the oh well, phase. He'll continue to look and life will go on. No biggie.

Tiff the receipe looks good, however, I am not a cook. If it doesn't take 5 minutes to make, forget about it. The Microwave is my friend . Okay, okay, so I'm just plain lazy .

Ohmygosh! I started doing crunches a couple of days of ago. Can I just say this......OOOOUUUCCCCHHHH!! I am so sore. Every part of my body is aching. Yesterday me and Krys were doing the "instructional" Tae-Bo video, and it wore us out. How sad is that? But we did it! Again, oooouuuccchhhyyyyy.

It's 6:30 am and alls well. Got to start on mi aqua

Good Morning Girl Friends! TGIF..TGIF The Yoga instructor called me back yesterday and promised me that there were no 16 year olds in the class, Whew....... and that she is 57 years old. Yea for us Oldies!!! Not that I have anything against young people mind you (Ya hear me Baby Girl) it's just that I know I couldn't bend like they do. My poor old body has to be coaxed along. I'm really looking forward to this class, it the first time in a very long time that I've done something just for me. Need your telephone numbers just in case I need someone to de-tangle me!

I did get my hair cut last night and it feels much better, I was beginning to look like the Shag Monster. Going to call my sister later and see if she can meet me tomorrow for lunch. We live about an hour or so apart but meet in a town in between. She has had a busy summer with a sick MIL and we haven't seen much of each other. Only sister I have and I miss seeing her bunches.

Well work calls, keep your fingers crossed for my baby boy, he should hear something today if he got the job.

Kayla, we are in the last week of our first challenge. Now we are doing a mini-goal for Halloween, which is just us picking a goal weight we would like to be at on Halloween. Then maybe after that, we will start our next 3 point a day challenge~ I don't want to get too tangled up in too many things at once. (Like Semo and her Yoga!) LOL

By the way, I am addicted now to Altoid Sours. The Citrus AND the tangerine. And EVERYONE is sold out.

Dang it all to heck.

Kayla ~ You are doing so well, you go gggrrrlll

Semo ~ Got my fingers crossed for you son.

Huntress ~ I hope your weekend goes well, and that nasty tropical storm, disappears

Tiger ~ Yippee skippee for you! 187 and still losing.....

Bright ~ Next time you better just put on your sneakers and walk out the door! I'm gonna be on you . I found that if I don't think about it and just do it, it's a whole lot easier. Just blank your mind as you put on your tennis shoes and leave it blank as you walk out the door (don't think about the route or whatever) and then as your heading down the street or watching the walking video (as I'm not sure which you do) then start thinking about how good you feel and that your doing it!! Okay , I'm getting off.....Let me tell ya w/ 3 small children, I have plenty of excuses NOT todo it, but have 100 (pounds) more reasons to DO it.

Tiff, Tiff, Tiff....... tsk, tsk......What are we going to do with you? SO, did ya stick to your guns and stay home, or did the steak house keep calling your name?

I stayed HOME!!! I asked Mike to bring me an order of the sauteed mushrooms and that was it.

I had eaten about 650-700 calories all day, and figured those would finish off my calories for the day. Yum. So, I ended up perfect for the day and got the mushrooms, which was actuallly the main thing I was after. I love those things!

So...YAY!! I did it!!!!

It's pretty quiet around here today................guess people are too worried about the weather to do any work. I hope this day goes by fast.

I'm STARVING........there's nothing to eat here, what's for lunch.

Tig - no, most of the supplies are canned goods and non-perishable foods, kinda hard to get good healthy stuff to last for very long. Living on the gulf coast we never know when there's gonna be a storm and the stuff has to last. In '83 when Alicia came in we were without power for 2 weeks.

Maybe I'll just take a quick drive to say.........hmmm..........Dyans house for the weekend. At least then I could enjoy the weekend instead of being stuck inside watching the wind blow.

Tiffany - I wish you would hush about all that lucious food.........boy could I go for a nice big steak and baked potato right now.

Ooopss......boss is back, gotta go

Hey everybody! Come on over to my house !!

We're going to the Art & Wine festival tomorrow. I love walking around looking at all the crafts. The main thing is too stay away from all that YUMMY food. They also have kettle corn there. I have to try not to spend any money. I plan to buy a christmas ornament, oops 2. It's a tradition I have . I get one everyone year with our names on it and I also buy one for a friend. It's our own "special" thing. It's a great place to buy christmas presents. DH is happy walking around drinking beer. The kids will be happy to get out of the house.

You know, as I sit here sniffling, I hope I feel well enough to go . My two youngest have been coughing and have runny noses. It looks like I'm taking that path right about now. Except I haen't been coughing. DANG IT , I better be feeling okay.

Tiff ~ You did it ! Go Tiiiiifff, Go Tiiiffff......

I hardly ever eat at work, and have no idea what's for dinner. I'm thinking Jack in Box, .99 Big Cheese burger. yummers

Okay you guys are slacking off , where's my entertainment. I need some laughs people !

HAHA Simpson.

I am bored silly. My nose is running like a faucet and I'm doing the dance every hour! When will this day end?

I'm ready to go home, exercise, eat and start enjoying my weekend. But of course it never goes that smoothly. Gotta leave here, go to the bank, go pick up DD, go to the store, exercise, cook, eat, give baths, clean up, etc.... Whatta bummer to even think about.....

Anybody got any really good plans this weekend? I'll be thinking about Huntress and hope that the storm doesn't reach ya.

Ahhh, to be Kayla's age again.......young and carefree.......Back in the days when I was young, I'm not a kid anymore........ (words to a song I know)

Someone cheer me up K?

Hello Girlies!
I'm so bad, scale hop'n. I jumped on again...just incase using the restroom had changed anything. Am I pathetic or what?! So, the scale said 186.5. That's kept me motivated today. I'm feeling munchie, and I'm going to eat grapes.

DH has told me several times he would like for me to come take him out for lunch when he's at work. I've been avoiding his work place like the plague. I don't want those people to see me fat. I can't believe I just said that...seeing it in black and white. But, it's true. DH is such a cutie, people would wonder what the he was doing w/me. *heavy sigh* There are so many young things that work there too. *shudder* Maybe by Halloween...I'll go to his workplace after this next challenge.

Grapes are calling. Hope eveyone is having a good day.

Awww...quit your bellyachin. LOL

No plans for me. We are having a concrete patio poured today and we had our retaining walls done last week and so, I will have some things to do out back this weekend. I am planning to sleep in a little tomorrow and then work outside for a while. I had a distant relative die, so I may be going out of town for a visitation. You know, I wouldn't go to the thing, except that is the only time I get to see relatives that I DO like. (I didn't say that )

Other than that, I have MOUNTAINS of laundry to do. Since no one else can do it. Oh, there I go again. LOL

What about everyone else? Exciting plans?

Kayla ALWAYS has hot exciting plans.

I miss CAFE and JELLO. I hope that evil wench is enjoying herself in Scotland. I hate her. (not really, just jealous to the bone)

Tiffany
who is in ****, not Scotland.
