Difference between Counting Calories and WW
I see alot of calorie counters on here and was just wondering what is the difference between calorie counting and WW?
|
WW is really just a variation of calorie counting. WW assigns point values to food based on calories, fiber and fat, but roughly speaking 1 pt = 50 calories. So if you were eating 30 WW points a day, you'd be eating approximately 1500 calories. Stay on plan and within your points or calories, and you should lose weight!
