Prism weight loss program?
 

Anyone ever try the Prism weight loss program? I did a few years ago, its quite stict but it works, I just haven't been able to get back on it, I have the videos that go with it and all the materials, it is designed to be done in a group, but I bought it when I could no longer attend the weekly meetings because of the distances and my work. it works on six week phases and the first phase is no sugar, wheat. It also recommends eating things not prepackaged, fresh if possible. I just wondered if any one else had used it and had successs. Pam

I too lost a LOT on this back in the day.

I was just talking to a friend who used to do this as well. As I was telling her about possibly starting back on South Beach she reminded me of how much I lost on Prism and said I should think about going back on it.

If anyone else on here wants to, I am GAME!

I have the DVDs and workbooks still I believe upstairs. There are no groups near me and I can't pay for a person at headquarters to keep me accountable, but we could do an online group if you want.
