I read this thread this morning and was totally interested in trying almond milk. So, I picked up the Blue Diamond unsweetend at the grocery today. Love it! It's different than milk, but I like it better than soy. The only thing that I was slightly dissapointed in was that it only has 1 gram of protein per 1 cup serving. But I think the benfits are still worth loosing the protein. Good stuff! Thanks 5factorgirl for asking!

soy milk is more of a protein, I think hemp milk also has a high protein count. Almond milk and rice milk tend to have lower protein counts. Although if you are eating a well balanced diet, it shouldn't matter.
