looking for a liquid diet

I am looking for a liquid diet. Does anyone have suggestions? The only one I know of is Slim-Fast. I don't do well with all the sugar in it. Thank you! :hug:

There are far better drink mixes than Slimfast. Could you see a nutritionist or dietitian? Ensure and boost are common ones that I can think of but they don't truly replace good food, ya know?

Would it be possible to puree your food instead? Not to baby food consistency but soft enough that you could "eat" it?
