Atkins Diet

I hav recently decided to do the Atkins Diet for a month to sort of reset my metabolism and jump start my diet.Then I plan on doing Weight Watchers to lose the rest of the weight.Has anyone on here done Atkins before?I would love to hear your stories and advice!Thanks!:D
