Hi everyone, I have kept a Fat Smash journal, but it is on another site that I use more, Spark People. I can't put the link in, go to the Fat Smash Dieters team on Spark People, and look under general team discussion, and then the topic is My Extreme Fat Smash Journal. I am going back to lurking I didn't make it one day. :(. I am a stress eater and school isn't helping. I did manage to exercise today though.

has anyone tried this without giving up caffeine? I don't want to sabotage myself by trying something new that I know I can't keep up with. Coffee starts my engine. This is the first day I am exploring this diet and I was looking for reveiws to see if this is something I may want to try. The no caffeine sentence really got in my way, though. thanks

Well I think someone did give up caffeine I am not sure who though. Sorry I can't be of more help.

My first go around on Fat Smash, I did not give up my coffee and I didn't seem to have any problem losing weight. I couldn't have done the diet without having my cup in the morning and in the evening while preparing dinner. It was a must have for me! I don't know what everyone else feels, but that's what I did. Anyone else's thoughts???

Hello All

I am restarting the fat smash today 01-25-10 I have done it once before but I could not stay on track. I am to the point where I am just ready and motivated. I went to workout before work today for about 45 minutes and I will do about 15 minutes of small hand weights when I get home tonight. My goal this week is to go to the gym at least 5-6 times before work but we will see what happens. So far today I have had oatmeal and half a banana. I am currently trying to lose anywhere from 20-25lbs I weight about 140-145 Well good luck I hop to be talking to all of you soon.

Okay I restarted today 1-26, so far today has been okay. I really want a candy bar but I eat when I am stressed and that is all that candy bar would be.
