I just started this week (originally did it for one day before Christmas then quit) so I don't know yet. I will say that I have felt more energized and just overall better while following the plan. I will weigh myself after I go back to phase I. I'm restarting the 9 days tomorrow since I had some things off the list for NYE. I'm not sure if I should just add one day or start a whole new 9 days over again?
