has anyone tryed Weight Commander?

I tried it and was very happy with it. At the time it cost about $9.99. But I never got around to backing it up on disk and lost it when my hard drive needed to be repaired.
I now use www.fitday.com to track my foods, exercise and weight and it is free. You might want to try it first and see if it works for you.

I LOVE Weight Commander, but then...I just like charts and graphs and all that kind of thing. Def get the freebie and use it for a while...I'm addicted. It is NOT going to help you lose weight, it's NOT a diet plan...it's a way to track your weight loss. I like it because when I get dicouraged because I haven't lost for a while, I can see that overall it's been a downward trend and I'm a long way from where I started. It also helps you keep those little daily fluctuations in perspective.
