Glad to know someone is reading and joining in our diet journey. I have heard of first place. It sounds like a really good program and by the amount you have lost it must truely be!!

Congratulations on your dieting and spiritual journey Betty.

I had a really good weigh- in last week and felt terrific. Felt like I had really been blessed. But I have slipped on Saturday and on Sunday.

I need prayers to have strenght to make the right food choices every day.

Praying for all those traveling. And also prayers for all the dieters!!

With God's help we will be victorious!

Hey Welcome!

Glad to know there are more who want to jump on board.

Had a great weigh in on Thursday> I orginally joined ww on Tuesday. But for the past couple of weeks I have went to another weigh-in in a different town. This week I really wanted to go but my in-laws were here to visit. My mother-in-law hopped right in the car to go with me. Wasn't that nice? She didn't want me to miss the weigh-in. She is a lifetime member. She needs to diet again thought so she is understanding.

She also helped me clean house this weekend. Now I have truely enjoyed my day. I spent the whole day reading to my son a Hardy Boys mystery. Remember those? I took my 16 ounces of water and lounge chair and we went to his "tree house" that his grandpa built. It was great. Away from the house and nothing to drink but water! :)
