Weight Watchers

I have been doing weight watcher's for a little over two years. I have successfully lost about 40 pounds. My problem is that I have been in a rut for a few months now. I am lucky that my husband also does the program but it is hard to get back to it. Any suggestions?

Hi Moosie,
I've lost 61lbs on WW in 12 months. How to get back to it? Try and remember what motivated you to start before. I was 250lbs - used to get out of breath in the shower, couldn't tie my shoelaces, couldn't pull my socks on, had to roll on my side to get out of bed, couldn't walk uphill, dangerous BP.
Any of these ring a bell?
Just DO IT, my friend.
Regards,
Tony B
