NEED SOME IDEALS FOR LOSING 20 POUNDS BEFORE SUMMER...HELP!!!!! :?: :s: IF ANYONE HAS ANY HEALTHY BUT QUICK DIET WERE I CAN LOSE AT LEAST 15 POUNDS BY SUMMER,I SURE WOULD APPRECIATE IT.I'M 6'0FT TALL AND WEIGH
182 AND WOULD LOVE TO GET DOWN TO 160 BY THE TIME SUMMER GETS HERE SO THAT I CAN WEAR A SWIMSUIT THIS YEAR.
