Hey everyone I just started on a diet I am doing nutri systems. Plus going to be walking with friends. I need to lose weight though I feel so depressed about the way I look, I think it would be healthier for me to be skinnier. I have asthma that's why I say healthier. I would welcome any suggestions on what kindof things you can do to lose weight. thanks

There are people all over this site going about their weight losses in different ways and I'm sure you will find someone whose with nutri systems as well.
