Performance Pro diet
 

I'm looking for anyone who has ahd any experience with the PERFORMANCE PRO diet program. I bought the program (CD) about this time last year and used it some, but then I had a cumputer crash and never reinstalled it. I have just had Knee repalcement surgery and while I am Layed up I decided to check it out again. It seems like a really good program and I would like to hear from anyone who has or is using it. The basis for the program is the LOW GLYCEMIC INDEX.
