WILLBETHIN... ITS NOT JUST EATING THE CEREALS..... ALTHOUGH THEY ARE PART OF THE PLAN.... BUT THEY ALSO HAVE A DIET U CAN FOLLOW WITH OTHER THINGS U CAN HAVE FOR BREAKFAST OR LUNCH AND DINNER, SNACK BARS AND SMOOTHIES BECAUSE BELIEVE ME... I DO ENJOY CEREAL.... BUT I ALSO CAN GET VERY TIRED OF IT!!!
