I have read many of Deepak Chopra's books and think he is wonderful so I had to stop in and say that lemon water - hot or cold is GOOD.

I saw him on Oprah once and, of course they were talking about food. After some time Oprah said " But, sometimes don't you just want Hagen Das?" Mr. Chopra leaned back and said, " Well, of course I have Hagen Das! it is so good". Of course he went on to say he didn't have it very often but I enjoyed his answer.

Now that I think about it I had a supervisor once, small petite thing and she was always drinking lemon water!!!!

MMMM...Hagen Daz...

Haven't had that in a while...I guess I will again when I learn that there are actually four servings in that pint and not just ONE! :o
