Clean
Could you please explain what clean eating is.
Thanks |
Okay, I'll try to answer this...
To me, 'eating clean' = eating healthy food, i.e. unprocessed fruits, veggies, lean meats, whole grains, beans, etc. On Body for Life, there is an 'authorized' foods list. When I stick to the 'authorized' list, to me that is eating clean. Eating at McDonalds or stopping at Krispy Kreme would most defintely NOT be 'clean eating'! I'd also include drinking all my water (I aim for 1 gallon of H20/day - don't always get there tho' ) as part of 'clean eating' as the water plays an important role in 'washing away the fat'. I love what Pam Brown (Pam B) at www.leanandstrong.com says about water: Quote:
