I am new, and I think I know im ready!
HI, my name is Stephanie. I am 24 years old and extemely overweight. I would say about 275 lbs. Im discusted with this and I need help. I do not work...Im an American living in Belgium, I do not speak the language, I am here because of my husband. So I basically sit home and do nothing, I have no children. Sometimes I feel like im just eating myself to the grave and not caring as I stuff more food down my throat. My mother is on the atkins or low carb diet shes 52 and in better shape then me. she has lost 35 lbs on it. Im so proud of her but now its time for me.
I have done weight watchers in the past and I loved it. They have ww here in Belgium but its very different its like old school ww. So I have decided to go on the low carb diet. I just need someone who is also on the LOW CARB/ EXCERCISE. I have a new
excercise bike and an ab roller lol. I do not have the atkins book here. I just need to know some of the basics of it. I know its alotttttttttt of meat, eggs, cheese. But i want to know how much calorie intake am i allowed to have a day. I want to make up a monday-sunday chart because I find if its written down and I follow exactly whats on that chart to eat it will be alot easier for me.
