Does anybody on this board do the Pritikin program?? I tried it about 10 years ago, and had good results. Saw an older Tonight Show early this morning, and Drew Carey is following it for his heart and weight. Just wondering if the program has changed any. I have the old book published in 1983 "The Pritikin Promise".
