Bubblegum Conspiracy. Where can I find it?

This is a Japanese animation thing. I'd love to get it for my DH for Christmas. I'm having a dickens of a time finding it.

i can only find bubblegum crisis... could that be it? i found the best way to find anything is to go to froogle.com it's google's shopping site. i found a place called animovies.com that had it, but it's probably best to look around you can usually find a good price online if you look hard enough.
