I think I've found the perfect diet!!!!

    They need to tweak it a bit, but I may have found it!

    In a recent test, they (whomever they are) found that obese lab mice lost weight when they were given red wine extract and high fat!

    I won't start it right away but I think I'll find out what's entailed.



    Would that it would be so perfect.

    No kidding; sign me up! I generally prefer white wine, but I could sacrifice and drink red if I'd lose weight doing it!

    Saw this on the news tonight. They said you would have to drink gallons of the stuff every day for it to be effective.
