Help with my weight-tracker!

I've created it but cannot get the thing to attach. It's in the signature box, I've saved it .... it's in my "profile area" but it won't attach when I come back to the Forum. Am I making any sense? I've done it before, and all was fine.

EDITING TO SAY .... HERE IT IS!!! I DON'T KNOW HOW ... :)
