:lol3: Freiamaya, you are crackin me up! My favorite quote of living here, mostly to people I meet from Ft. Drum near Watertown, is, "Yes...I live here on purpose!!" BTW...I sent you a PM, but I don't think you got it. Can't say as I blame them, though. Like, if you take a young family out of Alabama and plant them in Northern New York, where the temps in Jan/Feb can be thirty below at high noon some days...I'd be upset, too, I guess. But, I'm a winter person, so I like it. Well, maybe I'm using the word "like" a little loosely...let's just say I can handle it. ;) You know...I was about to hop on the ferry boat to go to Kingston the other day. It was just a tiny bit too chilly to go sit on the beach, but a great day for boating. But, I get so mad at the Horne's Ferry guys. It seems every single time I go to get home, they are just going to lunch or some dumb thing and I end up waiting, gazing at home from across the river, for like an hour and a half while they fart around. I've learned since I've lived here to take the bridge...It's way farther as the crow flies, but after waiting for those guys to deliver me across the water, it ends up being the same amount of time...and cheaper! And less aggrevating. I can hear it right now...it seems I see it going over and back...over and back...over and back, all day long, until I need to use it, they take half the day off and make me wait for hours. :mad: Oh, well.
