Fitday ??????

I made a mixed berry fruit smoothie today for myself and my family using frozen mixed berries, ice, 1 container of nonfat raspberry yogurt and a splash of mixed berry juice. Has anybody made smoothies and logged them on Fitday? How did you record it. There doesn't seem to be a smoothie in the general picks.

I would probably do it as a custom food if it's something I think I would make again. I don't think I've seen a smoothie on there. I use Fitday PC though and custom foods are a breeze. From what I remember of the fitday on the web, custom foods are a pain. If you're using the one on the web, I'd probably just log the yogurt and the mixed berries.

If it is something you make often, it's worth entering as a custom food. If not, just enter the yogurt, juice and the berries separately.
I have a lot of foods customized - partly to avoid having to find them again. What can I say? It's the free version. :cb:

Thanks--- I just entered it in separately. I wasn't sure how to go about entering it in as a custom since I did not know the nutritional values of the combination. I did enter in a custom for my Luna bar since that was easy- straight from the package.

I used to use the WW online and used their custom adds for recipes all of the time. Is it worth buying the purchased version? Does it have a similar set up as WW?
