:?: :( I am NOt a fan of Star Jones...But I am concern, what the HECK is going on with her body each time I see her she looks worse and worse...I know she's had some plastic surgery due to the weightloss but, that's the best they can do...Her appearance is really ODD looking...:?: :?:

She freaks me out. She looked way better heavy. She looks horrible now.

I am not sure she has embraced a "healthy lifestyle". WLS and plastic surgery is not enough, although it has taken the pounds off. You still have to make healthy food choices and exercise if you really want to look good.

Does anyone have a link to pictures? I have not seen any of her "after" photos.

I think Star has lost so much weight so fast that her skin hasn't had a chance to catch up yet. This happened to a fellow that I work with, he lost a lot of weight fast and at first looked sickly, but now after 6 months he looks good because his skin seems to be catching up... Just a thought :shrug:...

I dunno I think she looks healthy. I think alot of the "awkwardness" is just lose skin...

She has some photos from her recent book tour where she looks good, but she's lost more since then and I'll agree she looks really haggard and almost ill. She is very dragged down. She does look great in the picture above, but I think that wasn't at her lightest. She looks terrible on the view. I'll see if I can dig up what I mean.

I saw Starr on The View yesterday and thought she looked really bad also. I think the picture above may be from a while back when she actually did look good.

Ilene that's a good picture...she's lost even more weight since that picture...her face now looks skeltal. She simply looks strange...I wish she did look like that picture....

I also think she is looking a little odd. My DH and I were both off of work the other day and I was watching the View. My DH doesn't know what the View is or who Star is but as he walked through the den while I was watching the show his comment was..."who is that lady...Is something wrong with her? She looks really strange. " And I thought it was just me not use to see her being so thin.

I agree, I watch the View fairly often and I've too noticed how Star has gone from looking good, to looking weird. Her eyes look like they're popping out of her head or something. I agree that I think she has lost the weight so fast that her skin and body just hasn't adjusted to the drastic change. The picture posted above is not what she currently looks like.

I watched the View yesterday and thought she looked a little strange too. She is definitely smaller now than the above picture. Her face and head look misshapen. It's probably right that her skin hasn't caught up with the weight loss.

Her face shape is an overly accentuated oval (read, horse face) and her hairstyle only emphasizes that misfortune somehow. Her eyes really do look like they are about ready to launch out of their sockets. Perhaps she had some face work done also with her recent plastic surgery? It looks like a facelift gone bad - think Joan Rivers or something.

I think her head is too big for her body. Not trying to be mean, but it looks odd. Her body looks so skinny but her head doesn't match. Eeewwww, Joan Rivers! She is looking bad...don't know which is worse her or Kenny Rogers! Now talk about a face lift gone wrong!

The picture posted is indeed a picture from a while back...because now she is really really weird looking. She looks mean and just...weird! A lot of people I know mention that she did look better before she lost the weight. She looked great right after she lost it too (a little weird), but now it's all just a mess (a lot weird).
And for some reason I don't think it's loose skin that's her biggest issue...I think her face is just pulled a little too tight.

Awww guys. Cut the girl some slack. She can't help that she has a big head (says me, a woman with a watermelon sized head). She has obviously shared in the same struggles that many of us here do. I think she looks great and I wish her the very best.

(Sorry about sounding Pollyanna-ish but I am starting to feel sorry for her. She is damned if she is fat and damned if she is skinny...)

Yes she is a damned ____ either way, but you gotta admit she is losing way too fast. She does have the appearance of one who has had WLS, but she will NEVER tell (which is her right---although if I hear about those boobs one more time I declare I will vomit). Once she figures out what size she would like to be, she will be alright. Maybe she just needs to change the hairdo because it is kinda big. I think if she does shoulder length or even a nice modern bob will make her look less weird.

But you can't hate a girl for trying though!!!!
