Inspirational Quote...
 

i was driving through town yesterday, and there is a hotel that has a giant sign out front that displays the tempterature and usually a quote.

Well yesterday it said something along the lines of 'In order to succeed you must enjoy what you are doing'

I thought that really could be applied to weight loss, if you don't enjoy what your doing (diet and exercise) then chances are you won't succeed you will only fail, if you don't like the "diet" your following you will probably binge and give up, if you dont enjoy the exercise you planned for yourself chances are you won't do it!

I also read in a magazine I got recently (I forget which one) that if you don't believe you will succeed chances are you won't.

So I think what Im trying to say is to succeed is to believe and enjoy what your doing! :)
