Who's got today off? What are you up to?

I'm hanging out with my family and enjoying some time to just relax. That's about it!!!

What are yall doing today?:hug:

I'm headed to spend the day with the family (parents, grandparents, brother, etc.) Probably no cook"out", but grandma will have tons of food I'm sure. We did the cookout thing at my brother's Saturday...the younger generation who could put up with it. LOL

We also went swimming. My 7 mo. old got to swim for the first time and he loved it!

just hangingout then heading to the gym, went for a nice long walk this morning!

Hey Tirzah ~ fighting with the kids right now to take a morning nap. In a bit (if Lane Bryant is open), I plan to go use my $15 off a $15 purchase gift card & get a "free shirt" or something.

Later, I'm taking the girls swimming at my mom's house. That's about it really.... we had a big day the past two days... swimming at my moms house on Sat, and then yesterday took the girls to the zoo and park, etc.

Got up late...took the boys and the dogs for a walk at the High School Track....got my 3 miles in the boys made the first mile and a half. Were headed for the pool at 1:00 PM when it opens.

I'm about to start a book I just picked up at Target: Can You Keep A Secret by Sophia Kinsella. Looks cute!

I went to Lane Bryant ~ ended up getting a pair of blue jean shorts, orig. $35, so spent $21 after coupon... that was what I REALLY needed, because I honestly don't have a single pair of shorts that I am comfortable wearing... I've been wearing jeans all summer, and $$ is so tight right now... so this will be my ONE pair of shorts! LOL... guess I'll wear them on both Sat & Sun each weekend!

Oh, and I tried on 3 diff. sizes, and got the smallest of the 3 ~ they're just a tad tight, but I figure that I'm going to be losing!! So went with those instead of the others...

As far as us swimming this afternoon, decided that we're going to walk to my mom's to swim (she only lives 2 blocks from us ~ so there's no reason not to!!) That will be my exercise for the day...

I've read most of her books, if you like that one, you'll love the Shopaholic series, especially the one where she moves to New York!

We had the day off in England too. I've been doing three of my favourite things.....gym, shopping and sushi. I got up early and got the gym out of the way. I bought some stuff for my trip to Australia coming up on 19th June. I got some running shorts for my 10k on June 11th, and got some new make up - can a girl have too many Urban Decay eye shadows??? Clearly not!!!

And the sushi bar for lunch. I am so glad my favourite food in the whole world is sushi!!!

Hey Kykaree! Thanks for the info on the books. I wanted to buy them all!! LOL They all look great but for my budget's sake, I just got the one today. I can't wait to get into the shopaholic series!

So you're going to Austrailia next month eh? Have you been there before? It sounds great!

I was born there!!! I moved to England four years ago, I've been back once since, that was two years ago, when my sister had her first baby. But now she's had another one!!!

I'm going Melbourne, Hobart, Adelaide and Sydney!
