yogurt question
 

Hey all...

I just had that new yogurt that is sweetend "naturallY" with honey, only to read the label and see that they put sugar in it...

Soo.... I was wondering if any of you know a yogurt that does not have "sugar" or artificial sweeteners? I mean Ill have the ones with sugar over the artificail sweetener, but would prefer something with the honey etc and no added sugar...Oh and low fat too!

Is there even such a thing?

Can you just get natural yoghurt and add your own honey? That's what I do.

I take plain yogurt and add some splenda and a capful of vanilla to it. Then, when I'm feeling fancy, I add some frozen blueberries and walnuts. Very yummy and no sugar added!!

You can try Greek yogurt. I disliked the taste, which was very bitter, but it might taste good if you sweeten it up a lot.
