Combo WW/SB diet plan
 

Help. I know that I saw someone post a combo Weight Watchers/South Beach diet meal plan but I can't find it. Was I just imagining it?

Thank you. I knew I wasn't imagining it. Are you still using this plan? Has it worked well for you. Seems to make sense.

It did help me bust a plateau I was on but sad to say I gained weight over Christmas am I have not been following the plan very well :o

I have decided to not follow any particular plan now but use what I have learned from WW and SBD about eating well and focus on exercising which is my weak point :(

The SBD/WW plan did help me reduce my sugar intake and end my love affair with dill pickle chips :lol:
