People Magazine... January Issue
 

Has anyone seen the January issue of People Magazine? A friend just sent it to me... it has a huge section on people who have lost large amounts of weight. Gives their stories and tells how they did it. It is interesting that there were so many different methods used... a lot of helpful information.

i saw that issue, it actually motivated me to exercise more and try new methods!!

That's one of the biggest reasons I love People magazine...those stories are always always so encouraging.

I need to check it out more... I always thought it was mostly about movie stars and stuff which does not interest me

I think it is an anual issue, I think they have been doing it for a few years...some very inspirational stories of hard work paying off!

Oh okay.... well it certainly was a great issue!
