Hi I'm new here. My sister, cousin and I (3 fat chicks as well) have been doing the Atkins, more low carb - good carb thing and have been doing pretty well. I'm not exercising as yet, right now I'm trying to get over a horrible cold. I also have PCOS and trying to get pregnant. I am currently taking 1000 mg of metformin a day, I'm not sure if it is really helping me with my weight loss other than it making me go to the bathroom KWIM?

Anyway, I'm babbling and just wanted to introduce myself.

A couple of areas that might interest you:
Under "Dieting with Obstacles" there are lots of people with PCOS and if you scroll down through the dieting groups, there are some low carb groups, including Atkins.
