    I watch videos in the morning when I get ready for work and saw this the other day. I really like the message of the video. Health is sexy - starving is not. Beauty shouldn't be about comparing ourselves to others and trying to make ourselves into something we are not so that people will like us. It is about being ourselves and doing what we love - being real and being strong.

    I'd not seen this video but I love the song. Thanks for posting the link to the video. I think it's great. I got a big laugh out of seeing her make fun of Jessica Simpson and Paris Hilton.
