need help finding program!

Really trying to find a program i can download that takes still shots. I have a digital cam that i can use on my comp, but i dont have a program on the comp to take shots with..... ive downloaded one before online, but that was wayyyy back and I completely forget where i got it from. Really wanted to take more 'after' shots of myself.

Any help???
