I was thinking today about the things that make me feel happy, my favorite things...what are yours??

Here are mine:
PUPPIES!!!!
my soft pink robe
Christmas
cafe mocha

My dog dancing a hello when I come home
A walk in the park
A clean house

Here are mine in no particular order:
Christmas :ginger:
Hot herbal tea
My kitty cat
Puppies (I'll second that one!)
My big warm comfortable bed
My husband
Yummy homecooked food

My dog more than anything
Not having to worry about money
A free afternoon
Compliments

I though of a few other things that I love

Wrapping gifts
christmas songs
cuddling on the couch in my pink robe with a mug of hot coco (low cal of course)

my favorite things:

my ipod (I couldn't live without it)
my kids (when they are sweet)
a super soft pair of socks I got for Christmas last year
my lumpy pillow (long story, it's a comfy pillow that I HAVE to have to sleep) LOL

My DH, kids and puppy dog
hot chocolate on a cold day like today
music, any and all kinds
a good book
fresh baked cookies out of the oven
playing in the snow (was just out in it earlier)
a clean house
looking at Christmas lights!

My Favorites:

Flannel Jammies (nice and cozy)
My kids (when they are getting along)
Hugs from Hubby
Hot Tea or my morning coffee when everything in the house is quiet.
Long HOT relaxing baths

my two wonderful dogs who worship and adore me
sunrise over the back field - any time of the year
moonlight on white snow on my big shite pine tree
lavender scent - especially on those old and soft cotton sheets
big, warm and fluffy white towels after my bath
single malt Scotch
a blazing fire in the woodstove

I could go on and on.

*Cuddling all night with my boyfriend, talking about anything and everything
*The soft kisses my kids give me when they wake me in the middle of the night for something minor (like a drink)
*"I love you mommie!"
*The quiet pre-dawn, just before the sun comes up, sitting on my deck, sipping some hot cocoa, or hot tea..

Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens...oh, wrong favorites--haha

Mine are:
cooking (especially if someone else is cleaning up)
a day spent in my pj's
movies
my "psycho" cat
candles burning in my clean house (definately apple cinnamon)

My DH - He's very sweet, loving, funny and makes me laugh.
When all 8 of our grown adult kids are happy, healthy and well.
Watching the grandbabies.
Being with my mom
Visiting with extended family
Exercising
Dancing
Seeing the scale go down.....
Reading trash magizines......
