American Idol Fans?

    Hello. My name is Carla and I'm an American Idol Addict...

    I'm 47 years old and I'm totally a die-hard fan of this show. I don't think I've missed one show! If I can't make it, I record it!

    Anyway, if there are others out there (and I suspect there are...) the new season starts 2 weeks from today! And I hope we can discuss it here when it gets down to it.

    I love Idol Carla. With my hectic schedule at the moment, I'm hoping I can catch the show for the new season.

    Ok. I cannot believe it but i missed the very first show! I totally forgot! The second show is on tonight so I won't miss it. Anybody catch it last night?

    I love the Idol. I feel a little embarrassed by it, but hey! there are worse things, right. I teach a class on Wednesdays and the rumor here is that I will never make it to the 8:50 end of class. My students are fully awars of my addiction. All last year I watched and recorded. I even watched the finals in labor with my son. Oh!!!!!!

    I'm not so much a fan of the show, just like to see the first few when they are doing the auditions. Love, love Simon! Everyone else hates him but hey, he is just being honest. Although, at times I don't think he needs to be so harsh. Got a little tired after the first one. And you missed a funny one last night! OMG! Scary Mary... I think she was crazy It was too funny but at the same time sad because some of those people really think they can sing.

    Ok.. I admit I like to watch American Idol. More so to see Simon. I love to watch the auditions and see the reactions and hear his comments. I mean yes, he does get a bit harsh at times. But like you said, he is just trying to be honest.. maybe just a bit to blunt. I hadn't heard about the new season starting. I can't believe that. If it's on tonight, I won't be watching it.
    Tonight is the finale to The Biggest Loser. I have to see who wins it. I look forward to being able to discuss American Idol with you all. It all depends if I will get the chance to see any of it.

    And I was a big Bo Bice fan.
