I tried several weight loss programs, lost a lot of weight, gained a lot back. I have now been wearing a I can do it bracelet that realy seems to encourage and help me. I hope to once again lose over 25 pounds. Let's see what happens. Edna

I got this idea from another forum on this site, so I can't take credit for it. But a friend and I have purchased charm bracelets and we get a new charm for every 10 pounds lost (it could be for every 5 pounds, or whatever). I am very excited when I get to buy a new charm (though they are getting harder to find, I guess they are not "in" anymore). Whatever keeps the motivation going. When I hit the 100 pound loss mark (in 23 more pounds) I'm going to make it a diamond!
you can do this just take the time to learn about nutrition and exercise so it will be a lifestyle change and you will never have to worry about gaining weight again.
