:) third day looking here, i signed up for the journal all of you are welcom to see, i welcom any tips or advice. Now i wanted to ask this question but didn't know where to go i'm still trying to understand the board, hope no one minds i'll ask it here. Q-looking fo substitution for meat. i checked the meatless menue but want to know more different ones. i'm trying to cut down on meat.
