New here and panicking about flying.
 

Hi everyone,

I'll introduce myself later but right now I'm freaking out a little. I'm flying in 20 days, American Airlines Economy Plus. I've gained about 20 lbs in the last 3 months and am now a size 24, about 285 lbs. I don't care about my comfort flying but I'm worried about "oozing" into my husband and son. I'm ready to cancel the trip and have them go without me. There are empty seats in the row behind our current seats. Should I buy another one to be sure I have 2? I hate making my family spend the money. Stay home? Liquid diet for 20 days? Help, please.:?::(
