Not a site support member, but I'd recommend you to try a different browser. Seems like you have problems with cookies.

Try restarting your computer

If anything like that happens try Hard-refresh or switch to another browser or restart your computer and if still nothing changes then may be try clearing the cookies and cache and then see if it works or not.
