Any meat will be okay on Atkins for the most part (0 sugar, 0 carb meats are ideal and most meat will be 0 sugar and 0-1 carbs), but be careful around deli meats and smoked or flavored meats since they usually have added sugar, but the real key is staying at your carb counts and getting high fat macros on Atkins, so a gram or two of added sugar in meat won't harm your counts too badly as long as you account for them.
