Jane- Customer Service Consultant The project I just finished was helping a start-up in los angeles. It was a hotel service and I was their company rep for one year so I was in charge of handing 17 customers at one time. I gave tours of their property and info of the surrounding area to their customers. Currently I'm working as a customer service rep in kentucky.
