I have been on a healthy kick for a little bit now, I just don't post that often (more of a silent reader). Anyway, I came across an app today that I just love. I have it on my iPhone, and not sure If it is on android but may be worth it to check. It is for you all that weigh your self often. If you don't believe in the scale or don't do it often, then disregard this thread
It is called "Happy Scale" and it is FREE in the apple app store. It is basically a tool that measures your progress. If you weigh regularly, it shows how much you have lost in a week, month, year, etc. You also input your goal weight and it will create "milestone goals" to inspire you and makes your journey seem not so impossible. I also like it because based on my weight loss history, it tells me an approximate time I will reach my goal. That is VERY motivating!
